Buggy and inconsistent. UI doesn't necessarily convey correct info. App has settings included that don't work. No way to pay the exact amount for items, requires you to add money into your wallet, $10 min when it used to be $5. App also used to just allow you to pay the exact price. Predatory way to keep you using the app by forcing you have to leftover money in it.

Buggy and useless, it's always something. QR code to open fridge doesn't work, the next day QR code on the item doesn't work, spent more time chatting with support than actually in front of the fridge. And on top of that after latest update, annoing adds and promos were added to support screen. I don't need to add chat option to my site. And the annoing ad banner is right over the text field once you finally in the chat, and you end up hitting it instead of typing text, can't add pics to chat.

Horrible UI that makes it difficult to even switch away from the app. Actively makes me disinterested in the underlying product. Have to make an account just to see what the offering is. Combine, bring to a boil and then let simmer for an apparently insufficient time for QA, add ChatGPT to properly enshittify, and serve.
