About this app

Framevis Studio is an app for photo studios and freelance photographers: view shooting schedules, track clients, deliver photo albums, and finalize payments right on your phone, even while you're at the shooting location.

Log in with email or Google, or create a new account directly within the app.

Appointments and Shoots
• Monthly appointment list, along with daily, weekly, and monthly schedules grouped by studio
• Create appointments in four steps: client, shoot, service, review
• Track each appointment through the stages: waiting for confirmation, in progress, client selects photos, retouching, printing, completion
• Record payments with receipt photos, assign crew, add outsourced personnel
• Synchronize appointments to your Google Calendar
• Service confirmation form: draft, preview, print as PDF, or copy as an image to send to clients

Client Albums
• Create albums from your studio's Google Drive folder
• Send photo selection links to clients using the Android sharing panel
• View the list of selected photos and client notes on each photo

Set delivery deadlines, watermarks, allow clients to download photos, lock links with phone numbers

Clients

• Client list filtered by tier, search by name or phone number, one-touch quick call
• Add new clients and edit profiles directly on your phone

Finance and salaries
• Overview of monthly revenue, expenses, and profits, with a 6-month trend chart
• Expenses with invoice images, costs for each appointment, tracking outstanding balances and marking as paid
• Periodic salaries: fixed rate, commission, approval, adjustment, closing date, payment, and individual payslips
• Export operational reports to Google Sheets (for studio owners)

Team and setup
• Invite members via invitation link, assign roles and permissions in detail
• Branches, shooting rooms, shifts, service packages, logo, and watermark of the studio

• Activity log for studio owners

Interface

• Choose Light, Dark, or system interface

Privacy

• Camera and photo library are only used when you select receipt, invoice, or logo images

• No ads, no tracking across applications

• Delete account directly in the app: Add, Settings, Account
