Picture Framing Cut & Quote Planner turns a framing job into exact numbers — mat openings, moulding cuts, glazing and backing sizes — before you pick up a blade, plus a quote you can hand a customer.

DESIGN THE FRAME
• Enter artwork size and the visible image size separately — they can differ, like a print with white margins.
• Single or double mats, mat borders and reveal, and artwork overlap on every side.
• Choose a moulding: face width, rabbet lip width and rabbet depth.
• See the outside dimensions and the full package thickness update live, with a true-scale preview as you work.
• Metric and imperial, your choice, with light and dark themes.

• A 4-member moulding cut list with long-point and short-point lengths for every miter — the numbers you take straight to the saw.
• Matching glazing and backing cut sizes.

Photos are picked with Android's own Photo Picker, so the app never asks for storage access. Every export or backup goes only where you choose to send it.

It calculates cutting dimensions and produces quotes. It does not certify conservation or museum-grade framing performance, does not provide tax or legal compliance guidance, and does not offer cloud sync — everything lives on your device.
