Using intuitive setup features – as well as real-time logs and monitoring – FE Connect allows you to support any Franklin Electric product equipped with wireless connectivity. You can monitor and troubleshoot products, minimizing hands-on interaction with the drive or protection device.

And now, FE Connect offers even more interactive support via the app’s One-to-One™ tool. This new feature allows you to easily and securely give support team members temporary access privileges via one of two modes: Handoff for real-time programming access or View Only for read-only capabilities. App works well enough. Clean layout. Why don't we have instantaneous power displayed on the dashboard!? Some more in depth explanations of the various calibration parameters would be helpful, they are very brief. Occasionally has trouble connecting to the controller. It would be cool if the app would estimate flow rate if additional information were provided about the motor and pump model, pumping depth and line diameter, etc.

It's super frustrating to get connected! It works once connected, but that happens only after interminable retrying. If I weren't technically savvy, I would have given up. I checked for an update, but I'm using the latest, v3.1.2. So...

Doesn't work on newer phones (S24 Ultra). Support says that modern phones won't connect and you have to use an older one. So it's a dead end. Wifi direct is always a mistake. Same thing happened with my older DJI drone. At least my VFD still works, I just can't change the settings any more.
