It's a very competently designed app. Uptime has been very good for the past couple of years, from what I can tell. I can do pretty much anything I need to do on it. Very reliable and useful overall.

I've logged in on my phone every couple weeks for over a year now, and still it asks me my security questions even after I get the password right... makes me nervous because I only remember one of them. I know my cookies are turned off, but still it's annoying, and I will not turn on data tracking to everyone so FSB can be happy. My other 3 bank apps do NOT do this to me. So FSB can step up their game a bit.

Exceptional! I love being able to access my small town bank from anywhere with my phone. I'm able to transfer money between accounts, and view my purchase history along with my account balances easily. It also does mobile deposits and more!
