Works as intended, but...with the latest update as of 11/23/25, dark theme isn't dark anymore. The appointment blocks are harsh white on a black background. App was much more easy to read before. Idk if it's a bug or if this is the new design for dark theme; I tried changing it in settings but no dice. If it's the new design then it's not very good. If it's a bug I hope they fix it. My only other complaint, it's sometimes hard to edit notes. Works otherwise.

I know others have had trouble with this app, but for me and my small business it works well. Also, their customer service has been great when issues come up. For most issues same day turn around. We just completed our yearly inventory, and it saved us a bunch of money in payroll. Our grooming salon loves it too. I find that they are great at implementing changes that we request too!

since the update this app works better...still ANNOYING to book an appt thru this app. but checking the schedule and accepting online appts is easy to do now and doesnt take 35 yrs to load
