About this app

FRANZFON connects your smartphone to your FRANZFON phone system. Make calls from anywhere – using your familiar office number.

Features:

• VoIP telephony via SIP/WebRTC
• Make, receive, and hold calls
• Call history with time filters (Today, 7 days, 30 days)

• Internal employee list with presence indicator (available, busy, away)

• Global phonebook – contact names are displayed when making calls
• Push notifications for incoming calls

What’s new

Unterwegs telefonieren ohne VPN: Mit dem neuen Fernzugang bist du auch außerhalb des Büros unter deiner Durchwahl erreichbar. Einmal im Firmennetz anmelden, fertig. Der Fernzugang ist Teil der Pro-Lizenz und der Testphase und muss vom Administrator in der Anlage eingeschaltet sein.

Außerdem: helles Design zum Umschalten, Anrufe werden auch bei geschlossener App sauber angenommen, Voicemail unterwegs abspielbar, Rufumleitung meldet Fehler statt sie zu verschweigen.
