TokenTray is an offline-first live token tray for board-game night. Hosts and players keep every color bank honest with one glanceable grid as pieces leave and return to the table—no scrap paper, no mental math, no generic notes app. Cold start opens the fullscreen tray: large color wells on a felt-like grid, each showing a swatch, label, current count, and oversized − and + controls. Tap the moment a piece is taken or put back. Optional long-press adjusts by five when you need a faster jump. Before you deal, set a starting count on every well so the night begins from the correct bank. Choose a named preset for common sets—resource cubes, influence tokens, meeple pools—or build a fully custom tray. In-session Reset to Start restores every well to its saved opening count without leaving the tray. When a color hits your scarcity threshold, the well highlights so the whole table notices. An optional session strip logs the latest adjustments (color, delta, time) for quick dispute checks. Edit freely anytime: add or remove wells, rename labels, pick swatch hues, and reorder the grid. Trays, starting counts, and last session state persist locally and work fully offline. TokenTray is built for tabletop hosts and players who want live per-color piece counts—not a scout handbook, inventory catalog, or cluttered notes screen. Open it, trust the banks, and keep game night moving.
