Downloaded maps. Used them one day in the backcountry. Tried to use them the next day and the program required a network connection. What good is downloading maps if you need a network connection. This is a toy app and should not be used where you are depending on the map.

Hi Peter. Once maps are downloaded to a device there is no need for any kind of network connection to access them. Please confirm that you are accessing maps offline via the 'Downloaded Maps' tab of the boonmaps startup screen. If problem persists please send me an email at support@boonmaps.com.

this app is awesome! super handy GPS feature that can help you figure out where you are when your surrounded by trees and have no clue! also great way to locate runs with the search feature rather than having to look at th trail map!

Broken. Doesn't allow any map downloading. Just an infinite loop of trying to sign in and download which takes me back to sign in again. Frustrating. Same behavior for two other people in our group.
