About this app

FREAccess Delivery HUB simplifies the process of delivering and receiving packages in residential condominiums, business condominiums, and companies.

Through the app, the delivery person or the doorman scans a QR code provided on-site, enters the delivery details, and registers the package quickly and efficiently.

When the package has a label, the app allows a photo to be taken so that the information can be processed and sent to the integrated system. If the package does not have a label, the recipient's information can be entered manually.

The delivery person can also indicate whether they will wait for the package to be picked up or if it will be left at the authorized location, according to the rules defined by the condominium or company.
