very upset with this app as when I first installed it, the chats were great and the communication was fast and sufficient with the advisors. However now the chat just remains as typing and you do not get any feedback from them whatsoever anymore! it is a shame because I was very fond of this app, and I had found it very helpful and inspiring at the time. As of now it's as if the app has no purpose anymore as you don't get any response no more.

app sucks i dont know if its a fake app or bugged but I've messaged 2 separate people and they've been typing for 2 to 3 days and nothings come through and they have no customer service available in app
