Our free baseball lineup generator automatically makes fair fielding rotations for your youth baseball or softball team. Just fill in your players' names in their starting fielding positions on the lineup card, and it does the rest, for games up to 7 innings of play!

With the free version, you can build lineups for up to 12 fielding positions, or for coach-pitch or coach-catch. Plus up to 6 bench positions that rotate in after the first inning. And you can lock out individual players from playing first base, catcher, or pitcher. Give it a try!

More fielding rotation options:

√ Each player can be locked out at any position or combination of positions!

√ Rotate fielders every 1, 2 or 3 innings, and pitchers separately every 1, 2 or 3 innings.

√ If you lock out all players except one at a specific position, that player will play the whole game at that position and will not be rotated to the bench.

Fair rotations every time:

√ A player will not stay in the same position for two consecutive rotations.

√ A player will not repeat the same position later in the game unless no other players are eligible to play that position.

√ No player will be put on the bench a second time until all other players have been on the bench once. Same for any additional rotations to the bench.

√ When possible, players will not repeat in the outfield until all other eligible players have played in the outfield.

√ Prevent players from catching after having pitched.

Great app for randomized line ups. Perfect for house league, and easy to adjust the playing positions to lock out fielding options. Repeating the line up for travel use would be easy enough, however I am a house league coach and randomized my line up every inning different positions. Amazing support. Talked back and forth to get my issue worked out (user error, not the app), but Scott answered all questions and went above and beyond to help me.

I've used this application for a couple years now to help manage my baseball teams. It's a huge help and time saver. I especially like the ability to lock players out of certain positions to help prevent broken noses. Super easy to use as well.

We used this to set our lineup last season, and it worked great. The only issue was if a player showed up late or didn't show up without communicating, we had to start over because it wouldn't allow for adding or subtracting mid-game. We will be using it again this season.
