Completely Unusable - Freecast endlessly messes around with their app. They change the look of it, etc. But, the more they mess with it, the more unusable it gets. So, you subscribe to their service, and there is NO way that you can access the channels that you are paying for. Plus, they refuse to talk to you about it. Pitiful.

Since the last update 3-4 weeks ago, I can no longer use Reelz, which is why I subscribed in the first place. Now the app cuts off when the phone goes to sleep, same thing if I try to browse when it's on. Previous version had none of these problems. If it's not fixed very soon, I will unsubscribe since Reelz is all I want. I suspect these are the same for all channels. I should mention that this is only when casting it to the TV. No problem before the update! Going on over months now! No fix ...

I have the app on my TV as well as my phone. On the TV, captions constantly play even when toggled off. Bought the premium package as well and on some nights they simply do not load. When playing on the phone, the screen shuts off as though it does not recognize that the app is playing. I have Netflix and YouTube TV and do not experience this issue with those apps. The app has a lot of potential but def needs some work.
