Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Freedom First FCU customer service directly from the app.


SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Freedom First Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Freedom First FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Where to start? LEAVING ASAP. The app itself works perfectly fine. The bank is using an AI phone system. It's HORRIBLE!! Wait times have been 12, 15, 20+ minutes. Good luck reaching CS via the app. I have not heard back until the following day in some cases. I just had surgery on a broken leg and I REQUIRE timely customer service but get run around and worst CS. That's the tip of the iceberg FF has hit. Jump ship. LESS THAN ZERO STARS.
