Terrible and expensive. The phone app almost never works. Hard to send and receive texts from the phone. And now carriers are not allowing texts sent from your phone numbers through FreedomSoft. I've tried three CRMs this one's the worst. Don't waste your money. They also immediately restrict you from accessing your account as soon as you cancel and don't let you finish out the month that you paid for.

Great app however I just found out you can't upload pictures unless you take them while in app. Also if the phone screen turns off and your in a call it will mute you both, has a few times where I thought we got disconnected

Very, very buggy. SMS conversations take on average 30sec to load. When the app is launched the last active call still shows active. The most recent update blew away the phone numbers for my contacts in the app. Very disappointed with the state of this app.
