About this app

PhaseTrack is an independent tracking app for customers of the EDF FreePhase Dynamic tariff.

At a glance, it offers:
- Today's electricity rates (Peak, Off-Peak and Night rates)
- Tomorrow's electricity rates
- Any upcoming periods of free electricity

If EDF includes any zero-cost “free electricity” windows, the app highlights them clearly and adjusts the paid time ranges so you can see exactly when electricity is free versus paid.

- Regional tariffs: choose your DNO region for the correct pricing
- Day-ahead viewing: see tomorrow’s prices when available
- History view: pick a past date to see previous prices
- Free electricity detection: automatically highlights any 0p/kWh periods
- Free electricity alerts: the app checks next-day rates in the background and can notify you when free periods are available
- Day-ahead rate alerts: you can also get notified when day-ahead rates are released
