I may have gotten to where I only needed 3 more patterns, but the "Pants" knitting (where you use your ball of yarn that you've earned to fill up the pants with the various colors) got stuck at 88%. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to budge. So I uninstalled then reinstalled to reboot it. All of my progress was gone. So, while I like the simplicity of the app and everything, I'm not going to keep at it too much. I mean, what's the point if you lose it all when there's a bug??

I don't know how many pop-up ads there are, due to my ad-blocker, but I do know that prizes or things earned in game can't be gotten without watching ads. I click "Lose It" a lot on items in a digital game because I refuse to watch ads. I can understand watching ads to upgrade prizes, etc, but to use an item as a reward to keep me playing and then have to watch an ad to get it is almost false advertising, ironically. The game is cute tho, I guess, and a bit challenging, but also very repetitive.

The game asked me to rate it after the second level, before I'd even tested it. There are SO MANY ADS that I didn't make it past the fifth level. The kicker was when I watched an ad after a level, them clicked on the wrong thing, and it made me watch another ad to get back to the home screen. It's not expensive to turn the ads off, but if the game annoys me this much before showing its value, why would I pay for it? The knitting aspect is cute, but otherwise it's just another color sort game.
