most of the experience was great. however, one big issue: we reserved a trailer at Ikea, and we took longer than planned. I expected we would just have to pay extra for the reserved time - but instead, the reservation was SILENTLY cancelled. we didn't see this as a policy mentioned before we reserved it.

I have chosen free trailer a lot of times I choose it instead of any other company❤️ The good thing about them that you can leave your free trailer whenever you want Sometimes I leave it at 1:00 a.m. in the night You don't need an employee to return it They have been my favorite company until they have raised the price Now you only get 4 hours for free That sucks I think that they need to make it 6 or 5 hours. the price is definitely worth it they are very smart company they are great 🌹💕❤️

App is a bit slow in navigation, especially when selecting on the map. Other than that, most trailers are very new and in good condition.
