Joke of an app...Nice idea, poor implementation. App has a calendar that renders with an 8 day week. won't let me register address or a phone number that isn't Denmark (I'm in Sweden). Now reading all the horror stories :D Edit: tried the website. it has different requirements for a valid password so that's really inconsistent. still can't have anything but a Danish address, but international phone numbers are allowed! also, it doesn't like chrome: "unsupported browser"

The app is very slow and unresponsive. But the biggest problem with this whole service is that very often when we come to pick up a trailer the back lights are defect in some way or another. This makes the trailer ILLEGAL to drive in my country (Norway). You should have your own people checking your trailers every day to make sure they at least have functioning back lights. You obviously can't trust the people that use your trailers to do this as there is almost always something report.

The first trailer we tried had an issue with the adapter not fitting on its own plug. The issue was resolved quickly by calling Freetrailer and helped us get set up with a replacement trailer. After that all went smoothly.
