The Caregiver mobile app works in tandem with Belle X mPERS devices to offer increased peace of mind for subscribers and their loved ones.

The Caregiver app enhances the experience with Belle X mPERS devices by offering helpful information at a glance for caregivers.

With the app, caregivers can:
Locate the device on demand
Add Places that the device user frequently goes, and receive enter and exit notifications
Ring the device to help find misplaced units
Receive app notifications for button presses, falls, low battery, power off, first motion of the day, and no first motion
View button press history
Check device battery level
Check the device’s first motion history and set a target first motion time
Track steps and set a daily step goal
Monitor multiple devices and receive notifications for all devices

I'm now getting notifications, however why open the app it sometimes shows a past date time. this is not helpful. Although I was getting notifications, I'm no longer getting any! I have the app to keep tabs on my elderly Mom. note, I do pull down on the screen to refresh. seems like an app issue. I'll reach out to dealer but am not confident. Now will have to call Qmedic and hope they can help. Shouldn't be this painful. When it works, it's good/adequate.

update: I got notification alerts to work after logging out/in, but not sure why I had to do that as my download and login were new. this app is useful but not perfect, likely the tracker itself isnt perfect for gps or steps etc, but a nice tool to have as long as it keeps working and notifications dont break again.

Was working fine before but my partner and I are no longer receiving notifications on any devices. We don't know when it's low battery and it was pressed the other night and we only found out after receiving the call from Telus.
