CalRoadReport gives you a real-time look at current highway conditions, traffic, road hazards and accidents across California. There is also a section with recent traffic snapshots so you can see exactly what the roads look like. CalRoadReport will even display your current location in relation to live traffic cameras, CMS signs, road closures, and rest stops on a detailed map. Store all your commonly used freeways as favorites for easy access. Information from the CHP and CalTrans is included. Now includes various travel destinations and surf-cams around California.

NOTE: The latest update will remove all favorites and you will need to add them again. This will solve many issues and is unavoidable.

Please note we do not maintain or provide the cameras featured in this app. Cameras are provided and maintained by the California Department of Transportation. We cannot fix cameras or add new ones in your area. If there are no cameras in your area you can contact Cal-trans directly to recommend one be installed.

This is now back to being a really good 5-star app, now that a problem was corrected and new routes can be added to "My Highways". No other app delivers what it does for me, with frequent travels over mountain passes. I've shared it with many, and all are impressed with its features. Any chance it will be available in iOS for iPhone?

This app has a lot of great features - CHP Incidents, Highway Conditions, Caltrans Cameras, and more! The one problem is that the alerts feature does not work at all and I cannot receive any notifications. I emailed the developer about this but they never responded.

I wanted to like the old one, but it was hard. This, it's great! MUCH, MUCH, more user friendly. Thank you for the effort making a great application. When will an ad free version be available? Ads are a distraction and pain.
