Distance and estimated time remaining are shown at a glance.

Live weather conditions at each driver's location keep you ahead of problems before they become delays. Temperature, conditions, wind speed, and humidity are displayed directly in each driver's map callout. Real-time traffic is enabled so you can spot congestion on your drivers' routes before they hit it.

DRIVER MANAGEMENT:
Add and manage your entire driver roster. Set pay structures for each driver, percentage of load rate or per-mile flat rate. FreightOps automatically calculates driver pay on every load based on their individual rate.

Track each driver's total loads, year-to-date earnings, and current status. See who is available, in transit, at pickup, or at delivery at any moment. When you add a driver, they automatically receive an SMS invite to install the FreightOps
Driver app, giving them real-time load updates, navigation, and the ability to update their own status without a phone call.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT:
Attach BOL, POD, receipts, and any other documents directly to loads. Capture documents with your phone camera or upload from your photo library. Every document is securely stored and linked to its load — accessible anytime, from any device. No more hunting through email for proof of delivery.

AI LOAD EXTRACTION:
Take a photo of a rate confirmation or forward a load email, FreightOps AI automatically extracts the origin, destination, rate, pickup time, and delivery details and pre-fills the load form. Confirm the details and create the load in seconds. No manual data entry required.
