Some evenings you just want company. Frenby helps you meet people nearby who are up for the same thing as you, right now, and makes it easy to turn that into new friends.

Say what you are up for, see who is around, and turn a free hour into coffee, a walk, a run, board games, or whatever fits your day. Spontaneous plans, not planning three weeks ahead. No group chat that never decides. Just say what you fancy and see who says yes.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Share what you are up for, and how long it stays up.
2. See who is nearby and up for a similar activity.
3. Say hi, agree on a spot, and go.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Meet people nearby who want to do the same activity today
• Post an "Up for" with a note and an expiry, so spontaneous plans stay fresh
• Browse your neighborhood on Pulse and see what activities people are up for
• Build a profile around your interests, languages and neighborhood
• Chat with text and voice messages
• Share a meeting point in a chat when you choose, and pull it back any time
• Earn the Frenbified badge when two people vouch for you in person, face to face
• Earn the First frenby badge for starting things off in your area
• Switch between English and German, and choose light or dark mode

FRENBIFY: THE PART THAT MAKES IT REAL
When you actually meet, you Frenbify. Scan each other's short-lived QR code and vouch for one another. It only works in person, once per frenby, and after two people have vouched for you, the Frenbified badge appears on your profile. No photo upload, no form to fill in. Just two people who actually turned up. It is the one badge nobody can buy.

SAFETY
Your exact location is never shown, only an approximate distance. Sharing a meeting point in a chat is always your call, and it expires within the hour. Block or report any profile or conversation in a tap. Frenby does not run background checks, so meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and read the safety guide in the app before your first meet-up.

MADE FOR MEETING, NOT SCROLLING
Frenby is for making local friends and finding people to do activities with. It is not a dating app. Profiles show an approximate distance and the interests people choose to share, never an exact location.

YOUR CONTROLS
Choose who can see you, and who cannot. Decide whether your age is shown. Your data stays yours: you can remove your account and everything in it at any time.
