SO GREAT. Been using AirVisual for over a year, that app was absolute perfection until it stopped working today. This one is almost that good. Lacks the ongoing notification icon being the AQI number instead of an unhelpful triangle-at least if I pull down the tray I can see it but I really need the icon to be the AQ. In Asia the AQ is more vital than the time and I needed it displayed as a number next to my clock that way in any app I can glance up at it at any time to see if I need my mask on.

The app is good for monitoring data that is available on the internet. When it comes to connecting to your home purifier it lets you down very bad. I have a Phillips AC4550/50, and in the last week i used the app i manged to connect to the purifier once (the same connecting message displayed, as many other usersreported). Tried it also on an iPad and there it works. So the issue is with the way the android app i written.

Not stable at all. Sometimes can't connect to purifier, sometimes data doesn't refresh for quite a long time, but what's most frustrating is that I constantly get notification saying "please refill the water tank to sustain ..." every few minutes and I can't even read the whole message, because when I click on it, I get navigated to landing page of the app and no information is displayed there. This message comes frequently despite of the fact that water tank is almost full.

Hi Piotr,
Getting improper notification of the tank is a known device bug. I have reported to Philips team and they found the root cause.
For now, please close the notification functionality temporarily in purifier's settings page.
