I'm in China and it has worked ok. For years when restarting phone, the widgets would not appear. Solce by going to settings and unselecting and reslecting and pressing 'done' worked ok and widgets reappeared. I like widgets... when they work. Recently, this fix no longer works. Now, when I press the 'done' it tells me that I'm not connected to a network. This problem surfaces on standard Chinese data, wifi or vpn networks. Sucks. Oh... And no real accessible help via your app. Fix plz?

SO GREAT. Been using AirVisual for over a year, that app was absolute perfection until it stopped working today. This one is almost that good. Lacks the ongoing notification icon being the AQI number instead of an unhelpful triangle-at least if I pull down the tray I can see it but I really need the icon to be the AQ. In Asia the AQ is more vital than the time and I needed it displayed as a number next to my clock that way in any app I can glance up at it at any time to see if I need my mask on.

Still not! Widget NOT working after update!, sort it out for 5 stars! IF ONLY THE WIDGET WOULD REFRESH! The information within the app is excellent, so why ruin a very good app, the only way to make it work is to keep replacing the widget, which totally defeats the object.
