Just discovered Freshii by searching for "salad bars near me", it looks like an amazing place, but after 20 minutes passing my phone around the family, each entering a complex order in the very well designed app, it inexplicably emptied our cart upon clicking the "no thanks" button to the suggested-items as you're checking out. Rinse, repeat, fail again. Ordering takeout for five without this app is asking for a fail, too. We hope to get us all in the car soon.

The app itself is pretty nice and works well for making your order and has a nice useful interface. The problem is that payments don't seem to work since the 'new' version dropped a few weeks ago. Myself and others just get an error when placing orders. The preauth hits the payment method (cc) but then gets auto refunded when the app fails. How do you not test the most important feature of an app that's based on selling you stuff?

They recently put out a new version of the app and so far I hate it. For me I really like to utilize rewards and coupons at restaurants. I have been unable to do so with freshii and therefore I have not spent any money there. This app might be okay for some people but I have had two issues. You are not able to order juice cleanses through the app, even just a one day cleanse which I wanted to do recently. Because you can't order online there is no way that you can earn rewards points, trust me I have asked. They never offered me any way to add rewards points after the fact or to claim in store. The system doesn't work. I'm not going to spend 30 plus dollars on a juice cleanse without earning some Rewards. This is odd because plenty of other fast food places, restaurants, chains, etc give the customer more options. I did receive a $5 credit on my account for downloading the new app which expired on September 22nd. That morning when I was planning to go there for lunch I looked on the app only to find that the offer had disappeared. So this is another thing that they are doing which is frustrating. Plenty of other stores and restaurants offer coupons that are valid on the expiration date, that is pretty standard. So far this app is not worth it for me, they make the rewards impossible and they're certainly not customer friendly. I submitted feedback about my first experience, shared my disappointment with the cleanse and rewards and received no response. Dont waste your time if you want rewards.
