Our experience with the app has been poor and I would not recommend it. I'm not sure if it is the app or the Mobi SDEC charge points that we have attempted to use but the overall experience has been awful. At the moment I am stuck at a charging point and am unable to unplug my charging cable. The car has charged but the app did not recognize it. I cannot end the session to open the door on the unit to release my cable. After several calls to the helpline we are still waiting for help.

First step with the app... Installed fine. Pass activated. Tried to enter my type of car, but while the list of choices is long, it doesn't include my Tesla. You can't adjust the DC charging power settings after choosing the car, so the routing will use the wrong value.

In the sea of access providers for charge points, FreshMile – now owned by Rexel France – is a go-to. E-mail support is next level (!). The app is stable, ergonomic, functional. Service reliability could be improved on some chargers with unreported out of date status? (Provider side issues?) Feedback inside the app, such as 'suggestions' and 'issues', could be incorporated more rapidly. Charge session feedback needs approval to be published – why? Anyway — 5 stars, well merited. Keep it up! 👍
