Our experience with the app has been poor and I would not recommend it. I'm not sure if it is the app or the Mobi SDEC charge points that we have attempted to use but the overall experience has been awful. At the moment I am stuck at a charging point and am unable to unplug my charging cable. The car has charged but the app did not recognize it. I cannot end the session to open the door on the unit to release my cable. After several calls to the helpline we are still waiting for help.
