About this app

FretCuts makes booking a haircut simple, and gives independent barbers one place to run their schedule.

FOR CLIENTS
• Find a barber: search by name, location or service. Narrow the list to barbers open today, highly rated, with photos, or new, and sort by name or soonest opening.
• See their work before you book: each barber's page has photos of their cuts, ratings and reviews from other clients, their services and prices, and their open times.
• Book in a few taps: pick a service and a free time and send your request. You'll get a notification when the barber confirms.
• Stay on top of your appointments: reschedule or cancel upcoming bookings, see your past visits, and get a reminder the day before.
• Leave a review: rate your visit from 1 to 5 stars and say how it went.

FOR BARBERS
• Set up your shop: list your services with durations and prices, set your weekly hours, and block off time you're away.
• Stay in control: confirm or decline each request, then mark appointments completed or as a no-show. Before confirming, see how many times that client has missed a booking with you.
• One calendar for everything: add bookings made by phone or in person, so clients can't book over them.
• Know your clients: see each client's visits, no-shows, last visit and next booking, find regulars and clients who are due back, and keep a private note on each one.
• Show your work: add up to 12 photos to your profile, and reply publicly to reviews.
• Get notified when a client books, reschedules or cancels.

SAFE AND SIMPLE
• Report or block anyone, from their page or a booking. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Available in English and Spanish.
• No payments in the app: you pay your barber directly.
• Delete your account and your data at any time from Profile.
