After receiving this product and getting it situated, I was having issues with it connecting being a new update to android phones. After emailing the company of the issues they responded back and fixed it pretty fast ,So already a plus for customer service. Overall product is very fun and I would say helps alot when learning overall. Not to hard to install just make sure everything is cleaned first. My only complaint would be it is pretty pricey unless you find it on sale.

The app crashes when you search for a song. Also gives a lost internet connection error when I have a perfect connection. I emailed the developer telling them the issues I was having and the reply was that they were not aware of any current issues with the app. How can that be when I'm reading reviews on here from just a few days ago saying the app does not work? I want to buy this thing but won't do it until I know the app works. I have a Samsung Note 9. I tried it on am older Samsung Not 4 and it crashed on that one too. Edit: Thank you for fixing the app. I can now view the song selections. I was really excited when I heard about the Fret Zelot. Been waiting for something like this to come out for years. But wasn't about to buy something that you couldn't use because the app had issues. Am pleased to say I just ordered one. Will be delivered to my house in a few day. Thanks again.

I happen to have a bit of color blindness which at times makes it difficult to tell certain colors apart that are close together such as the green and yellow lights on your system. When I brought this to your attention that it would be helpful to allow the user the ability to change the colors of the finger positions to colors that have high contrast to ease learning, you responded back that you will revamp the app to allow color changing across the whole app platform! They are Awesome!
