Pretty disappointing, I got this in hopes that it would be a replacement to Bee.computer which worked great but they since have become unavailable on android a couple months after purchasing it. I'm getting the sense that its not intended to be left on all the time like Bee. It requires constant attention to sync data which kills the battery, and the transcription is an absolute mess. Transcription seems to think I'm watching a video outro on repeat and transcribed things not even happening.

at first it was good, yet at some point it stopped capturing the always on element and after days of troubleshooting got it to work again. then just the next day it stopped again. I believe that it's incredibly faulty and it should not be a purchase. I've also asked for to arrange a refund yet nothing has happened after a few days

Good app, but I don't like the warning message that appears implying that I'm using the service for commercial purposes when I'm not, I'm using it personally. *updated review on 12/06/26:* "Fair use limit reached" when syncing conversations even though I'm on the Operator plan? Very frustrating, I'm paying heaps for this, like of all my subscriptions, it's my most expensive subscription
