Ratings and reviews

The app is good when it works properly, but I find it disconnects and seems to stop recording and I find I miss conversations I thought were recorded but are not. It feels like something that should be more thoroughly tested as I find more glitches every time I use it. Connecting plugins is hit or miss and some are broken.

Love Omi's mission and the product is pretty decent. The problem is they just haven't figured out local transcription or"listening" so even if no one is talking it counts against your 1200 minutes. It should only count against actual speech, Fieldy and others work this way. e.g I have 100 min of transcribed meetings, but 750 min used against the plan.

it's still in Beta, and considering that Omi is creating an AI device that is WAY above and beyond simply transcription and standard AI-assistant features, their app is both PACKED full of stuff (since Omi allows you to create you owh AI apps using the Omi device and then even share and sell it on Omi's internal app store), AND it feels like it'd still missing some stuff (standard features, settings, polish), but those are things that come later- very excited for full release!
