icon on the "Going to pickup" screen and the "Arrived at pickup"
screen.
• Instant fare update when the customer changes drop-off mid-ride — no
more restarting the app to see the new distance and price.
• Distance and Time indicator now refreshes right away when drop-off
changes.
• Fixed chat text-field getting hidden by the bottom nav bar.
