OPTIONAL ANDROID APP BLOCKING
Friendly Focus uses Android Accessibility access to detect which app you open and show a blocking screen over non-essential apps automatically during a focus session, including while Friendly Focus is in the background. Essential tools stay available, and you can add extra exceptions in Always available. All apps unlock when the session ends. App-opening events are processed only on your device and are not saved or shared. The service does not read screen contents or typed text. Your exception list stays on your device. You can revoke access at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility > Friendly Focus app blocking.
