About this app

Aspen Crews is the field app of Aspen General Contractors' repair crews. Accounts are issued by Aspen General Contractors - the app is for its crews and sub-crews, and signing in requires credentials from the office.

YOUR WORK, PROPERTY BY PROPERTY
• Every property assigned to your crew, with its rooms and the repairs in each room
• Accept or reject repairs, and assign them to your sub-crews
• Set each repair's status as you work, and filter the list by status
• Search a property for one repair by name
• See the office's quality check result (passed or failed) with its photos

PHOTOS THAT TELL THE STORY
• Before, during and after photos for every repair, and photos of a whole room
• Burst camera: take several photos in one go, with flash or torch for dark spaces
• Add photos to a repair after it is closed, and delete a photo you took by mistake
• Photos upload in the background and wait safely when there is no signal

TALK TO THE OFFICE
• Report a problem on a repair, a room or the whole property, with photos
• Read and answer the office's replies, and see when a problem is resolved
• Property notes from the office, shown when you open the property
• Notifications for new and reassigned repairs and for office replies

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
• Everything you need is kept on the phone and syncs automatically when you are back online
• An in-app assistant answers questions about the app, even offline

Account help: "Forgot password?" sends a code to your email.
