This app never once allowed me to actually redeem ANY points, and now since the update it says there's no account linked to either my email or phone number. What a joke. There is not a single reason at all to have this app installed.

Bad experience. I installed this because the dispensary site said a $10 off coupon would be "instantly airdropped" to Friends of the Farm app users. It's been nearly two hours since install and that coupon never showed up. Not sure what's up. Essentially, I just handed over my info to Farmacy in exchange for nothing, which isn't cool. Uninstalled.

I like this however points available for use should be catered to the individual and their history of purchases. The points available monthly for me anyway give me no benefit to using them. So they just sit there. And they expire. The place I visit is great. The points on this app are not useful to me one bit. Maybe there can be a change I have no other way to reach out other than a review. I hope the owners of point systems sees this and makes the change.
