About this app

Folio is the invoicing app for Australian sole traders and solo
businesses who want a clean, fast tool — without analytics, without
trackers, without subscription lock-in.

🇦🇺 ATO-COMPLIANT TAX INVOICES

Every invoice carries the words "Tax Invoice", your business name and
ABN, issue date, line items with GST, and the buyer details required
for invoices over $1,000. Per-line rounding to nearest cent matches the
Xero/MYOB convention.

📊 GST + MULTI-CURRENCY

Issue AUD invoices with 10% GST or per-line overrides for GST-free
items. Non-AUD invoices are treated as GST-free exports with the right
note on the PDF.

💰 DISCOUNTS, CREDIT NOTES, PAYMENTS

• Per-line and whole-invoice discounts, allocated proportionally so
GST stays correct.
• Credit notes with their own numbering, atomically issued against the
original invoice. Net balance shown on the linked invoice.
• Track partial payments; status flips automatically.

📧 SEND EMAIL FROM THE APP

Direct send via SendGrid — no copy-pasting into your mail client. Up
to five attachments. Or use your phone's share sheet for ad-hoc
delivery.

🔒 PRIVACY-FIRST

No analytics. No telemetry. No crash reports. Your data lives in your
own Firebase project. SendGrid is the only third-party service Folio
talks to, and only when you actively send mail.

Single-user, single-business operators who are GST-registered. If
you've outgrown a Google Sheet or you've had it with subscription
fatigue from heavyweight competitors, Folio is the lightweight middle
ground.
