Disappointed. I was loving the non invasive ads (didn't see them unless u wanted to), and the fact that it didn't have an energy/life system... Hadn't played in about a week or two, come back to see that with this update, now there's a energy system, more ads and battle pass begging. I started playing this because Mighty Doom was doing the same thing, and now I'm about to delete this as well. Fun while it lasted I guess.

Until the latest update, this game was my go-to favorite. It could be played as much as one wanted and it was possible to accumulate enough gems (in-game currency) to buy characters, companions, and other upgrades. Now, however, they've added an energy mechanic that limits play and are forcing payment of real money (and more of it) for most things. Rarely have I seen a developer trash their own game so quickly and thoroughly with a naked cash grab. Sad.

Fun and can get addictive but the grind is devastatingly boring. Most days, you'll spend grinding easier levels and get nowhere. The pay wall is absurdly overpriced. I got Brotato on Switch for $5 - no ads, full download, and the gameplay with a real controller is light years better. At the end of the day, this should be a one-time, $5 purchase as well. With the recent addition of energy required to play (with a numbingly slow recharge rate), the decision to uninstall a solid choice.
