JD Frontier Workshop is an offline educational reference for materials, knots and cordage, wood and small structures, metalworking and heat, workshop chemistry, power and mechanical systems, tools, repairs, containers and storage.

The library includes 289 topic entries, selected sourced reference photographs and source references where recorded. Search the local library, browse by topic, save favorites and keep private workshop notes on the device. Reading works offline after installation; opening external source websites requires an internet connection.

Worked arithmetic examples help explain a calculation. They do not size wiring, fuses, batteries or structural members for a particular installation. Pallet treatment marks do not establish that reclaimed wood is clean or suitable for every use. Soapmaking needs a tested formula and the chemical supplier’s safety instructions.

Tools, heat, electricity, chemicals, structures, salvaged materials and lifting loads can injure people. Inspect materials, use protective equipment, follow current local requirements and seek qualified help when needed. This app is a reference and does not replace practical training or engineering advice.
