The ichris mobile HR self-service app provides an easy to use interface enabling employees and managers to access key data.

Lodging and approval of leave, training and timesheet requests is intuitive and quick, providing access to HR processes from anywhere at any time.

Employees can access payroll information including payslips, timesheets and expenses.

Ratings and reviews

This app turns a simple payroll system into a frustrating chore. Login takes 1–3 minutes when it works at all. Once in, everything feels slow, clunky, and unreliable, with basic tasks taking far longer than they should. It feels like user convenience was an afterthought, as if a gremlin in the code is actively trying to make every step annoying. Payroll software should save time and reduce confusion, not create more of both. A payroll app shouldn't be the most stressful part of getting paid.

⭐ 1 Star — Frustrating Beyond Belief Mobile HR is a disaster. It rarely works without clearing the cache first, and even then, it’s a gamble. Pay slips take forever to load—if they load at all—and you can’t even zoom in properly. The app feels outdated, clunky, and completely unreliable. Using it is a constant source of frustration. Avoid if possible.

There's little to no point in using this app when I can't even log into it. I'm constantly met with a blank screen with a settings cog in the top right corner and nothing else. Either fix the app so people can use it or don't bother having one at all.

What’s new

-Users can now access the Workplace Health and Safety mobile reporting functionality using a single app

-Additionally, the steps for reporting a safety incident or workplace hazard have been refined. Users already familiar with the safety reporting process will be able to navigate the new system with ease, while new users can expect a more intuitive, easy-to-use experience

-We have also addressed an issue where some users experienced the login page not loading, a company news home tile issue
