About this app

The ichris mobile HR self-service app provides an easy to use interface enabling employees and managers to access key data.

Lodging and approval of leave, training and timesheet requests is intuitive and quick, providing access to HR processes from anywhere at any time.

Employees can access payroll information including payslips, timesheets and expenses.

Always down, always glitching out. Almost never actually able to access the information I need when I need it.

This app never opens. It constantly glitches when it does open, and I can never access my payslips as it will not load. Fix this please. There is no reason for this app to be so ridiculously unusable

This app turns a simple payroll system into a frustrating chore. Login takes 1–3 minutes when it works at all. Once in, everything feels slow, clunky, and unreliable, with basic tasks taking far longer than they should. It feels like user convenience was an afterthought, as if a gremlin in the code is actively trying to make every step annoying. Payroll software should save time and reduce confusion, not create more of both. A payroll app shouldn't be the most stressful part of getting paid.

What’s new

The login page now opens in the device’s default browser when you use an external authentication method.

Authentication now uses the token timeout value configured on the server. If you do not log out of your current session, you may be able to reopen the app without logging in again, provided the token has not expired. This will reduce the number of times you need to log in each day to complete timesheets and other tasks.

Only active staff can now be set as an absentee manager.
