Every month when making a payment, I cant switch between my saved payment methods. I deleted one and tried to use the other method which automatically switched to Default; and then on payment page, it says no default payments are saved!! This is very frustrating, it should be simple clicks if your payment info is saved in the system. Now I dont know how to proceed with making a payment!!!

It's not letting me delate old payment information and update new payment information so I can pay my bill and it is so frustrating this app sucks!! The old app was way better

Read the fine print. Use more pay less, use less pay more. Started a rewards program and have yet to see anything from it
