Unbelievable. My wife and I have tried to install this on our computer and cell phone. After hours of repeatinf the entries of a User Name and a Password,,, that one email address as U.N. and that one password, we have gotten nowhere. I wonder how this "Rate this App" screen came up? Complete frustration. Come' on lets get real and really make it easy. I'm fed up wuth you geeks.

Made me replace a 40-year roof after 20 years due to underwriting guidelines. Should have a way to appeal i.e. sending out an inspector to check the roof. After replacing, I was required to send a lot of pictures and a paid in full receipt . Wouldn't accept a sign contract and a receipt showing paid half down. Total rip off . They won't even speak to the insured directly. You have to fo thru your agent. I am a former property adjuster, so I would liked to have the opportunity to speak to them

I'm trying to use the app with no luck. Account not recognized, and something went wrong responses. Tried on two different phones. Can log into the website, but it is not much help. Can't contact customer support as the app will not let you select a department. Please update as this represents how you run your company. Right now, the app should have no stars as inoperable. Sorry, I wish it worked. APP has been corrected and updated. Looks great so far. I will go through it this weekend.
