This app is so incredibly useless. It's ALMOST as useless as the HOA itself, but at least with the app you can maybe connect to your account, sometimes, if it it's a good day, and if it isn't raining, and if they felt like turning on the server that day. Customer service number is just as useless as they auto-hangup on you when you're forced to sit on hold for more than 10 minutes. I haven't been able to speak to anyone ever in over a month whether it's email, phone, or local employee.

I have been trying for three weeks to pay my dues via the app because via web page, they direct you to download the app. But, the app is useless. Will not open the Make Payment page. Now I'm forced to make a 35 minute drive to the main office to pay via check. Fix the app

very difficult to get into the app. keeps stopping at update this app, when I hit update, throws back to sign in. Am I playing Round Robin? This app is a waste of my time.
