I have used this app for years. Several days ago I emailed support due to everything being frozen. I am unable to use it open any of my cards. support responded stating a ticket has been opened and not to reply again. Still no additional response or update. I'm afraid if I uninstall and reinstall I will lose all of my cards/rewards. Most of my cards were thrown away. Any suggestions?

Used to be a lot more useful. It constantly logs out, insisting on being logged in when I want to use it. Then I get the "there is a problem, try again later" foolishness. And the topper of all the topper was the page you display before showing my barcodes, which I have to send away. You know what, I can (and did) just screen grab the barcodes, and save them in an album for when I need them. Boom, the app gets kicked to the curb. Bye bye!

I love this app... it keeps all my loyalty cards in one easy location! Works great especially when traveling. I'm able to use the loyalty cards from my area for grocery stores that are part of my grocery store chain without punching in a phone number or getting a new card for a store I don't use frequently. Also, so many financial, medical institutions are connected with phone numbers, so I prefer the bar code to be scanned instead of announcing my phone number to the clerk at my retailer.
