The first year after a divorce is a lot of days to get through, one at a time. Bloom is built for those days.

It isn't therapy and it isn't a chat room. It's structure: something to do at 11pm when you want to text them, a plan for the anniversary you'd rather forget, and the list of practical things nobody warned you about.

WHAT'S INSIDE

A no-contact streak that counts the days
Bloom counts every day you go without contacting your ex, and remembers your best streak. Break it and you start again — no contact is a thing you practise, not a test you fail, and Bloom doesn't make you feel small about it.

Break the urge to text
Sixty seconds of breathing, and a private Vault to write what you would have sent instead of sending it. Going no contact gets easier when the message has somewhere else to go.

Get through the hard dates
Bloom works out what's coming — the anniversary, their birthday, the finalisation date, the first Valentine's on your own — and gets you ready three days before with a short ritual, so they never ambush you.

A divorce recovery program that starts where you are
Answer a few questions and Bloom picks your stage — Shock, Anger, Rebuilding or Rising — then gives you one short session a day. Under three minutes, with somewhere to write down what you actually think.

Untangle your life, one tick at a time
Checklists for finances, home, legal and admin, your digital life, and the kids if you have them. The separation admin nobody hands you a list for. Add your own as you go.

Know when you're ready for what's next
An honest dating-readiness check you can retake whenever you like, with a trend you can see. No pressure to be anywhere in particular by now.

No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your name, your dates, your Vault, your reflections — all of it stays on your phone and none of it is sent to us or to anyone else. That also means we can't get it back if you lose the phone. It's a real trade, and we made it on purpose.
