With this system, you will have total control over your fleet. The application allows you to view all available vehicles with detailed information including license plate, model, make, and current odometer. Each vehicle has a complete usage history, showing all maintenance performed, refueling done, and journeys traveled. Status and availability control is updated in real time, allowing you to know exactly which vehicles are in use, available, or under maintenance.

Journey and route logs are simple and intuitive. When starting a trip, you register the vehicle's departure, indicating the initial mileage. During the journey, the system can track its location via integrated GPS, and at the end of the journey, you register the arrival with the final mileage. All this history is stored and can be consulted at any time, allowing for detailed analysis of fleet usage.

Fuel management is quick and accurate. You record each refueling, indicating the number of liters, the amount paid, and the supplier. The system maintains a complete history of all refueling per vehicle, allowing you to identify consumption patterns and optimize fuel costs. Supplier management is also integrated, making it easier to choose the best gas station or supplier for each situation.

Inspections are carried out using a complete checklist that can be filled out directly in the application. You check each necessary item, record important observations, and can even attach photographs when necessary. The inspection status control allows you to quickly know which vehicles have up-to-date inspections and which need renewal.

When a vehicle needs maintenance, you can create a request directly through the application. The system allows you to prioritize services according to urgency and track the status of each request until completion. The entire maintenance history is recorded, facilitating preventive planning and reducing costs with corrective maintenance.

One of the most important features is the ability to work offline. Often, employees need to record information in locations without internet access, such as rural areas or while traveling. With this application, all data is saved locally on the device and automatically synchronized as soon as the internet connection is restored. You will never lose important information, even when working in the field.

Security is a priority. The application uses biometric authentication, allowing you to log in using your fingerprint or facial recognition, in addition to the traditional username and password login.
