Every small business suffers from poor time keeping and attendance management of their employees which in turn affects their productivity and their growth. Many resort to simple paper-based time keeping which is poorly maintained and are susceptible to proxies and incorrect attendance entries by employees. Besides, employee attendance calculations are a tedious end of month process with such methods.
In order to solve this, we have introduced face attendance software that runs on commodity mobile devices without the business owners needing to buy expensive hardware. And if there are issues with one device, they can easily switch to any new Android device. The software can be downloaded and activated directly from Playstore.
The software has a number of consent layers to enrol employees for face attendance and doesn’t store the images once the attendance is completed. The face attendance is done through a live stream and once verified through a one-to-many face match, the image is not stored thereafter.
Faceroll software also recognizes spoof attacks such as photos, videos, masks etc through passive liveness checks. In addition, the one-time enrolment of the employees into the attendance system will be stored within the device without any cloud storage making the software free from leaks, hacks and privacy concerns.
Attendance reports are emailed on a monthly basis and also generated on an ad-hoc basis directly in the Faceroll App. These reports can be uploaded to any payroll software system or can be used simply as Excel sheets to calculate Time and Attendance for computing payroll.
Faceroll is completely free for up to 5 users at the moment and paid versions allows you to have multiple devices as kiosks for face attendance and also allow remote users provide their attendance using their own mobile device.
In all, the software solves a key problem of professional attendance management of their employees and can monitor the reports from anywhere and can be fed directly into HRMS systems for attendance calculations.

Download and activate
Download the Faceroll App and start using the App straightaway using the Free Plan or sign up to one of our affordable plans.
Step 2
Add your employees for attendance
Add your employees for whom daily attendance is needed. Ensure that you capture a good selfie with a clear face of the employee before adding them into the system.
Step 3
Start the attendance
Every morning, open the App and start the attendance. Ask your employees to just stand in front of the camera for capture and verification.
Step 4
Check daily reports
You can check the time-in and time-out from the App by clicking on reports. For paid versions, you can get a copy of the attendance report direct to your email at the end of each month. You can also mail the report at any time from within the App.
