Swadhaar FinAccess is a non-profit organization focused on building financial resilience for underserved households, especially women, through financial training and capability building. Established in 2005, Swadhaar initially provided micro loans along with financial education. After the transfer of its microfinance portfolio to associate company Swadhaar FinServe (an NBFC) in 2008, its focus shifted to financial education. Swadhaar now works across 4 states in India and has trained over 5 Million participants as of February 2024. Swadhaar ‘s trainings use an innovative blended approach, combining physical and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
