FS Point of Sale is the all-in-one solution for managing your online store from your Android phone. Designed for small and medium-sized businesses, it combines point of sale, inventory management, reporting, employee management, and much more—without requiring a constant internet connection.

POINT OF SALE: Process payments quickly with a shopping cart, automatic change calculation, support for products by weight (kg/g), and discounts. Generate shareable PDF receipts instantly. Compatible with Bluetooth thermal printers and barcode scanners.

SMART INVENTORY: Add products with EAN/UPC barcodes, purchase and sale prices, categories, and photos. Control batches with expiration dates and automatic FEFO (first-out, first-out) method. Receive automatic alerts for low stock and upcoming expiration dates.

REPORTS AND CASH REGISTRATION: Review your daily, weekly, or monthly sales with clear graphs. Generate PDF cash register reports, export your inventory to Excel, and print product catalogs with QR codes. All transaction history is saved locally on your device.

USER AND ROLE MANAGEMENT: Register your team with distinct roles: Owner, Administrator, Manager, Cashier, Inventory Clerk, and Auditor. Each role has specific access and permissions. Control shifts with cash register opening via personal PIN.

ALERTS AND INTERNAL MESSAGING: Automatic business notification system: low stock, upcoming expiration dates, incomplete profiles. Internal messaging among your team members, all within the app without the need for external applications.

NEXO FS — AI ASSISTANT (Premium Plan): Nexo FS analyzes your inventory and shopping cart in real time to suggest recipes using the products the customer is purchasing, or provides intelligent recommendations for complementary products based on your store's sales history.

GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP: Save and restore your entire database with a single tap. Your backups are securely stored in your personal Google Drive — only you have access.

QUOTES AND ESTIMATES: Generate PDF quotes and estimates without affecting your actual stock. Ideal for presenting proposals to customers before confirming a sale.

YOUR DATA, ON YOUR DEVICE: All your business operations are stored locally. The cloud is only used for user authentication and synchronization. Your point of sale continues to function offline.
