Edit: 5/8/21. Almost a year later and its gotten worse. The app crashes every time. Plz fix Works great.. until it doesn't. I cant use the app when Im in it. Nothing is clickable. Restarted phone and app several times..nothing worked.. Basically I have a nice little balance checker and the notifications from purchases/deposits are very handy but I can't do anything else with the app. Its been like this through several phones so I have to believe its the app. I love the app when it works however.

Sooo soo sick and tired of having to reset my password that somehow magically stops working to log me in online and mobile when I havent changed it at all. I went to check my balance and it was like the app had totally reset itself, my username was not saved as it normally is and it gives a notice that says to use mobile banking you must first do some security things in online banking which makes no sense because I have been using mobile banking! Just frustrated and considering switching banks.

I don't like the fact that to make a bill payment or transfer from the phone app I have to use the long password I'd use on a computer. My passwords are remembered by my computer- I have too many to remember. I use the fingerprint login. That is more unique and secure than a password. It verifies it is me. That should be enough. Update 3/25/23: I don't use the app much on my phone, so every time I do, it won't offer up fingerprint ID. Basically nothing has changed.
