The app seems to have been built for an older version of Android and never updated. It doesn't even open after the latest Samsung software update.

Horrible app!! Seems to be broken most of the time. Especially when I needed it. Uninstalled and reinstalled and currently won't even open.

No complaints, easy to use. Staff are always great help when I get locked out or have issues.
