This app uses accessibility services. 3Safe Surf uses these permissions with the active consent of the end user. Accessibility permissions are used for the Chrome protection feature, in particular:
• To read website addresses and check their security in Chrome.

3Surfa sekretifid uses VpnService. This allows you to create a secure connection (VPN) between your device and the internet. This allows your internet traffic to be encrypted and sent through a secure server, protecting your privacy and allowing access to services that would otherwise be blocked. Users can configure the app to either turn off the VPN or use a split tunnel on certain Wi-Fi networks, identified by SSID. A split tunnel means that only some traffic goes through the VPN, while other traffic goes directly to the internet without going through the VPN. This allows you to use local network devices (such as printers or Chromecast) while having a secure connection for other traffic.
