To log in, you need to register using your phone number or account in the "City" Payment Account.

The app also offers other service search options:
• By QR code on the receipt
• By unified personal account (UPA)
• By catalog (by name or TIN, for taxes - by UIN)
If you can't find the utility service you need, simply enter "Pay utility bills by receipt" in the search bar, fill out the form, and make the payment using the details.

📬 Submitting meter readings and requests
After authorization, you can remotely submit readings and requests to individual service providers.

Сервис фактический вводит в кабалу своих клиентов. Производите платеж по МФО, деньги просто пропадают, кредит открыт, по нему идут проценты, а квартплата плюс говорит что деньги ушли, уже по двум платежам по МФО пропажа средств, сервис не решает проблему никак...
